Meet the master race

Mice, in fact all rodents, have better control of their genes than humans do, concludes a new, extensive study on rodent, chimp and human DNA.

The paper, published in the latest issue of the journal PLOS Biology, could explain why humans, chimpanzees, and other primates are more vulnerable to certain diseases, such as cancer, that are associated with harmful genetic mutations.

On the other hand, I'd still rather be at the top of the food chain. From Discovery News.
