The view from the bubble

Rhode Island results (with one precinct out of 617 not yet counted): 247,300 Kerry, 161,176 Bush. Despite Kerry's overall strength, there were some RI townships that did go for Bush -- East Greenwich, West Greenwich, Scituate -- while things were much closer in many less populous areas than one might have expected, from an urban point of view.

Here in Providence, it was 34,184 Kerry, 9,329 Bush, while in my College Hill precinct, it was 414 Kerry, 68 Bush (and 10 Nader).
