Save the mice!
A bit of madness in California, spotted thanks to Best of the Web, which reports that "under an animal-protection law signed by former governor Gray Davis, it is now technically illegal to set mousetraps in California without a trapping license, 'available only by paying a fee ($78.50) and passing a fairly complex test.'"

We think anything to help save mice from crulety is wonderful. Let's make it illegal in all states.
