"Power sausage"

An enterprising German butcher is making a sausage with added caffeine, which he is introducing to the public at Munich's Oktoberfest this Saturday:

The sausage contains just 10% fat, vitamins B1 and B6 as well as caffeine and taurine. Caffeine stimulates circulation, while taurine allows to body to absorb it faster. . . the butcher, his friends and employees have already "eaten a total of 5,000 sausages". He said he felt significantly more awake after eating them. . .

By the end of the year, he hopes to sell them at petrol stations, night clubs and cinemas across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

I think I'd prefer my sausages decaf.

ADDENDUM: After coffee sausages, can sausage coffee be far behind? One wienercino, coming up!
