Free translation: you get what you pay for
A town north of Frankfurt has had to dump a batch of English-language tourist brochures:
Officials at Homberg-an-der-Efze used an internet translating tool to cut costs but the results were largely meaningless.Visitors were promised "casual value", the literal translation of a German word for "leisure potential", at the "free bath", or "open-air swimming pool".
