More regulatory madness from the EU

A Russian tightrope-walker says he has been forced to wear a hard hat while performing in Britain because of EU legislation. . .

The 48-year-old is accustomed to somersaulting on his wire 50ft above audiences and usually wears a Cossack hat. But he's been ordered to change because he was breaching European regulations covering health and safety at work.
