Mafia hitman's alibi

A mafia hitman has told Italy's Crown Court he couldn't have committed a double murder because he was killing two other men at the time.

Salvatore Torre, 33, is already serving a life sentence for murder.

"I am not the murderer, not just because I would have admitted it anyway, but because that day I was killing someone else," he told the court.

Nothing like an honest killer to restore your faith in human nature.
